Today, TRIA showcased a preview of the Bio24 program alongside REAL IMPACT, at Singapore Week of Innovation and TeCHnology (SWITCH). We illustrated how we are able to achieve a “table-to-farm solution” by turning post-consumption waste from restaurants, inclusive of disposable dining foodware and food waste, into nutrient-rich compost within 24 hours in our digestors. No segregation needed ;).
A cross-industry panel was held to discuss how the food service industry can take progressive steps towards zero waste.
